Protocol brief

The DYOOR field manual.

A concise view of the collection, the treasury model, the governance structure, and how swap plus Ascension fit into the live DYOOR stack on Monad.

Overview

Supply: 1,111
Fixed collection size with the full supply already minted.

DYOOR is a Monad-native collection built around live product surfaces, treasury-backed utility, and a holder base that can direct where the project goes next. The goal is to move beyond static profile-picture status and into repeat use across the collection experience.

The operating model is simple: grow the treasury, ship product around the collection, and let holders decide what gets prioritized next.

About DYOOR NFT

DYOOR does not rely on a native token.

There is no emissions schedule, inflation loop, or token launch dependency underneath the collection.

The project is built as an NFT-first ecosystem with treasury-backed product mechanics rather than token-first speculation.

Revenue sources:

  • Kuru Flow Swap: optional Support DYOOR fees go directly into the Community Fund when enabled.
  • Secondary Royalties: 75% go directly into the Community Fund.

All revenue flows directly to the DYOOR Treasury:

The treasury funds ecosystem growth, new utility, and future product work tied directly to the collection.

Treasury growth comes first.
Holder governance decides what gets built next.

Governance & Utilities

Treasury allocation and future utility direction are decided through holder governance.

  • Only holders vote.
  • Direction is decided through holder proposals and DAO voting.
  • Off-chain sentiment does not replace on-chain governance.

The goal is a collection that can fund, guide, and sustain its own next phase rather than peak at mint and stall.

Community-native.
Structured to outlast the initial mint cycle.

Mint Structure

Historical mint limits for the sold-out launch:

  • Whitelist: 20 mints per wallet
  • Public: 10 mints per wallet

DEX Router

DYOOR Swap uses Kuru Flow routing to aggregate Monad liquidity from the homepage.

Users can optionally enable the Support DYOOR route.

When enabled:

  • A transparent referrer fee is applied through Kuru Flow when supported
  • The configured fee goes directly to the Community Fund (Treasury)

Support routing is optional. When enabled, part of each swap feeds the treasury that funds future product, collection utility, and community work.

Season 2 Whitepaper

D.Y.O.O.R — Directive: Yield Opportunity Optimization Robots

D.Y.O.O.R Season 2 is a treasury-backed, modular NFT expansion built for long-term experimentation, holder alignment, and ecosystem participation. Season 1 on Monad remains the origin collection, while Season 2 expands the D.Y.O.O.R universe with dynamic robots, upgradeable traits, staking alignment, and a community-focused treasury model.

Overview

Obvious research. Less obvious robots.

D.Y.O.O.R starts with "Do Your Own Obvious Research" and expands into "Directive: Yield Opportunity Optimization Robots." The brand is built around chaotic degen energy, modular NFT identity, treasury-backed experimentation, and community ownership.

Season 1 holders stay central. S1 is the origin collection, the first signal, and the group that shaped the floor this universe is built on.

S1 Holder Alignment

Origin holders stay plugged in.

Season 1 holders are intended to be rewarded and prioritized as Season 2 rolls out. The Ascension Protocol acts as the staking and energy layer for S1 holders, with Ascending S1 NFTs representing participation and long-term alignment.

S1 holders may receive Season 2 benefits, eligibility, allocation, or airdrop mechanics depending on the finalized launch structure. Exact mechanics are planned and subject to final implementation.

Treasury-Backed Model

Experimental onchain treasury strategy.

The D.Y.O.O.R treasury is designed to support long-term project growth, ecosystem participation, liquidity strategies, yield opportunities, partnerships, community rewards, and future utility. The treasury gives the project a shared resource base instead of relying only on vibes and timeline noise.

This is not a promise of profit, passive income, or financial return. Treasury usage is an experimental onchain strategy that may evolve as market conditions, tooling, partnerships, and community priorities change.
